We have tryed to the best of our technical abilities to display the colors of our products on our website as accurately as possible. Colors you see will depend on the internet browser you are using as well as your computer monitor and settings. We will not be responsible for color and discrepancies.
Sizing
*Measure Your Pooch*
It is very important that you measure your pet before selecting any items to purchase. I do not go by weight. When I give measurements with each item, these are from inside as to get a more accurate size. My sizing guidelines may not correspond to other manufactures/ retailers.

How to measure your pet
It`s very important to measure your pet while standing. Do not take measurements while dog is sitting. It can easily add inches to measurements.
Neck: Wrap a tape measure around the base of neck where the collar would sit.
Chest/Girth: Wrap a tape measure around the body at the largest point of the rib cage.
Length: Measure from base of neck to base of tail.
Please allow room for comfort. This is usually about 1/2 inch. Just like collars.
All of my Items have at least 3-4" of velcro length to allow for a small amount of adjustment.
Return Policy
I do not give refunds, nor do I except returns. All items are reinspected for upscale quality. If I dont like the finished product, I wont allow the item for sale. Please remember to measure your pet before placing your order so that you can be sure you are selecting the most appropriate size for your pet.
Canceling an order
I apologize but I can not accept cancellations. Once order is placed the customer will need to process an exchange based on exchange policies, conditions and restrictions.
Exchanges - I Do Except
Please note:
We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise. We cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition.
No exchanges on beds, sale items, custom orders, holiday merchandise, or carriers.
Shipping charges for exchanged orders are the responsibility of the customer.
All merchandise for exchange must be received back within 15 days of receiving it.
Please package your return securely. We are not responsible for any returned packages or merchandise lost or damaged in shipping. Please be advised that until there is proof that we have received your merchandise, It is your property. For your protection, we suggest you send your exchange UPS or US mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
Items returned through the post using only insurance without delivery confirmation can be lost in transit.Insurance byself does not provide proof of delivery. If an insured item becomes lost, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the Post Office to recover their loss for theit merchandise. Insurance with the Post Office is a transaction between the individual and the United States Postal Service, and is not affilated with Swanky Dog.
All invoices are sent through paypal to your email. This will include the difference for higher priced merchandise, and shipping fees. No exchanges are shipped until paid for.
Please include a note with (preferably on packing slip) exchange written on it. Please let me no what you would like to exchange it for. Keep in mind that all Swanky Dog fashions are limited in quanity and some are originals. If the item is sold when I receive your exchange, I will notify you for a different choice. Make sure I have the correct email to make this a smooth transaction.
