It is very important that you measure your pet before selecting any items to purchase. I do not go by weight. When I measure products all items are measured from inside to get a more accurate size. My sizing guidelines may not correspond to other manufacturers/ retailers.

We have tryed to the best of our technical abilities to display the colors of our products on our website as accurately as possible. Colors you see will depend on the internet browser you are using as well as your computer monitor and settings. We will not be responsible for color and discrepancies.

Credit and Debit Cards: These types of payments are processed through Paypal. However, you do not need to sign up with paypal to use this service. Some people choose not to have an account with paypal and thats ok. It says "If you do not currently have a paypal account, click here" You would simply choose this option to proceed without creating an account with Paypal. You will then be prompted for your credit/debit card information and it will be processed like any other credit card transaction.
SHIPPING
I ship in the United States at this time. Shipping time to be sent out is 3-5 days, However since most items are premade shipping is usually 2-3 days.
*Shipping is based on quanity.
*Ships first class.
*Holiday shipping will take longer. Please allow time for this.
*You will receive an email letting you no item/s have shipped.
*All shipping Is through the USPS.
